Oooh, That Smell!

To give you a little background on this story, not to mention a sense of place, a few weeks ago I was attending a three day convention. I was staying in a hotel with friends and one night we went to the store for supplies.
I have decided I love the Cherry Blossom scent and contrive to get my hands on anything that is Cherry Blossom, though the Japanese Cherry Blossom is most preferred.
Thank goodness Sauve has a Wild Cherry Blossom scent line, as it were and I have purchased their shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and deoderant. However, I have yet to find a body spray they carry.
At the Wal-Mart me and my friends stopped at to stock up, I found a large body wash of Wild Cherry Blossom by Suave and immediately grabbed it. As I was looking around in the beauty and bath department of the store, I found the Japanese Cherry Blossom scent and purchased it.
Granted, I'm not a big perfume person and don't have an opportunity to wear it a lot.
However, I decided to spritz a little on myself the next morning before leaving for the convention sight.
We got there early, as many did, and as I sat there waiting for the program to start, I couldn't help but notice that something had a strong smell.
'Man, somebody smells really good.', I thought.
After a moment, the light dawned, as it were.
'Oh, yeah, it's  me!', I thought.
Head slap moment!

What about you? Have you ever done something like this, questioned where are my glasses or who put that there, or, better yet, what's that smell and found out they were on your head, you put that there, and that smell is you?
